Weissbier
Brewed according the tradicional method from the south of germany. Produced with crystal clear water, pure malts of barley and wheat, hops and yeast, in the mountains of Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.
Perfect to acoompany spicy dishes, seafood, birds, salads, sausages with spicy mustard, goat cheese.
5.5% ABV.
Ideal temperature for consumption – 4 celsius; 39,2 fahrenheit.

Irish Red Ale
Hight fermented beer typical of Ireland. Produced with mineral water, special malts, hops and yeast, in the mountains of Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Noble style that uses 6 types of barley malt and noble hops.
Perfect to accompany strong cheeses, red meat and birds.
6.2% ABV.
Ideal temperature for consumption – 4 to 6 Celsius; 39,2 to 42,8 fahrenheit.

Imperial Stout
Typical beer from the ports of London in the XVIII century. Produced with crystal clear water, roasted barley malts, hops and yeast, in the mountains of Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Dense body and notes of chocolate and coffee.
Perfect to accompany strong cheeses, red meat, and dark chocolates.
8.0% ABV.
Ideal temperature for consumption – 7 celsius; 44,6 fahrenheit.
